Born in Cleveland Ohio, I started cooking with my mother at the young age of 10 years old.ย Ever Since then, I haven't looked back.ย ย
From making my humble beginnings I started cooking by watching and trying.ย ย
My mother had friends from all different backgrounds.ย It's where I learned about Southern cuisine, Middle East Cuisine and my favorite, Asian Cuisine.ย ย
I was lucky, in that, we moved around quite a bit in my youth. It was something I really enjoyed as it enabled me to improve myself with every move. I was able to meet new and interesting people with unique backgrounds. Most importantly, I was able to try all types of authentic food from different cultures.
